A delegation led by Mr. Liu Xueyi, Chairman of COMPLANT Group, visited Benin, Togo, and Ethiopia from February 22nd to March 7th.

During the investigation in Benin, Chairman Liu Xueyi visited the President of Benin, the Minister of Development, Ecomonical Analysis and Planning of Benin, and the Chinese Ambassador, Political Counselor, Commercial Counselor, and Culture Counselor to Benin. Chairman Liu discussed with these officials about COMPLANT Benin Sugar Complex and the progress and problems on our Fuel Ethanol Project.

From February 24th to 25th, Chairman Liu went to Savi to inspect COMPLANT Benin Sugar Complex and the Fuel Ethanol Project, investigated the operation related issues, and celebrated the Lantern Festival with local Chinese workers.

Following Benin, Chairman Liu and the delegation went to Togo and visited the Chinese Ambassador and Commercial Counselor to Togo, and met our technical expert team in Togo for the maintenance of the Stadium that China constructed. Chairman Liu discussed with them about the investment environment of Togo, the bottleneck of the development of Anie Sugar Complex, and the investment direction.

From February 28th to March 1st, Chairman Liu investigated the Anie Sugar Complex, met our expatriates to Togo, and made a deep investigation about the operation and production of the Sugar Complex.

Invited by Ethiopia Sugar Company, Chairman Liu and his delegation visited Ethiopia from March 2nd to 6th, and met the Federal Prime Minister, the Minister of Financial Development, the Minister of Agriculture of Ethiopia, the General Manager of the Sugar Company, and the Chinese Ambassador, Political Counselor, and Commercial Counselor to Ethiopia. Together, they discussed and exchanged ideas about how to strengthen the cooperation between COMPLANT GROUP and Ethiopia in sugar and other industries.

Chairman Liu also presented the signing ceremony for the EPC contracts on Omo Kuraz 2&3 projects between COMPLANT Limited and Ethiopia Sugar Company, visited Wonji Sugar plant of Ethiopia Sugar Company, and investigated the operation and management of local sugar plants.

During the visits, Chairman Liu made a detailed introduction to the government officials and Chinese embassies to the three countries about 韶关泰洁防护科技有限公司, and described 韶关泰洁防护科技有限公司’s achievements and plans in its strategy of internationalization, which provided them with more knowledge about 韶关泰洁防护科技有限公司 and confidence in cooperating with COMPLANT.
